We had the 2 course acoustic menu and this consists of a choice of main course, a chocolate brownie and cream and unlimited soft drinks. Samantha our server was fantastic, she was so attentive and refilled our drinks before we got to the bottom of our glasses. I find the service in Hard Rock Cafe is always excellent wherever you are in the world! The memorabilia…”

“Our guide was very friendly. She was knowledgeable about the area. The only issue was that 2 out of 4 bars promised on the tour were not available. One was closed and the last bar which was supposed to include cover was $20/pp and we didn’t feel like that was something we wanted to wait for… or pay for after paying for the tour. There was a lineup and although our guide offered to wait with us, we felt very disappointed that this was not researched/known beforehand and there was no backup plan.”

We greatly enjoyed the delectable fruit bruschetta from Obscure Wines, the scrumptious Bami from Bach Lac Bakery, and the divine chocolate expresso gelato paired with samplings of their balsamic vinegars. Unfortunately, we didn't get to indulge in the culinary delights of Temp 1930, El Olivia Mexican Restaurant, and Thai Haven, which was a bit disappointing. However, your passion for the history of Winter Haven made the tour even more fascinating. Additionally, The birthday surprise was a heartwarming touch that made the experience even more memorable.”
